Rob’s early production and songwriting led to the formation of five-piece Jakubi - who broke into the US signing a multi-million dollar record deal with EPIC RECORDS. Jakubi landed themselves a score of sold out tours worldwide, millions of streams and 5 years working with some of the industry's top. This is where Rob found his passion for collaboration, writing & producing in America with musical greats Macy Gray, Kelly Rowland, H-Money as well as being mentored by Minneapolis legends Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis (Janet Jackson, New Edition, Usher, Gwen Stefani, Boys II Men, Mariah Carey).
Back home, Rob Amoruso has cemented himself as one of the most promising producers and collaborators in Australia. The past few years alone, seeing Rob take home an ARIA number 1 with The Rubens, ARIA Album of the Year with Baker Boy and most recently MPEG’s Writer/Producer of the Year.
